This tricky project involved consolidating three websites into a single new website, in the process improving their onsite SEO and website structure.
CRT are one of the UK's leading providers of real-time feedback and engagement systems. They enable their customers to manage interactive surveys through multiple feedback channels, for example: kiosks, tablets, SMS, online, voice and paper surveys.
Historically CRT had three main websites, each aimed at a particular market sector. Our brief was to pull these sites together, and consult on how to to restructure the site to improve the user experience, and primarily, improve their conversion rates.
The result is a fantastic Drupal content managed website. CRT have quickly got the hang of working with the website, and are happily adding new content on a regular basis. With multiple types of content built specifically to match CRT's requirements, and to make it as easy as possible for them to work with.
